This tobacco cutter can cut the tobacco into slices, sections or strips and also polygonal granule within 0.7-60mm.

Main application

This tobacco cutter is used in cutting tobacco into slices, sections or strips and also polygonal granule within 0.7-60mm.

Main feature

It uses polyurethane conveyor beltabrasion-resistant, cutting-resistant. The machine works continuous. It can adapt to the material entering quantity spontaneously and suitable for cutting granule and fine granule. Its wastage is no more than 3%. The whole machine is easy to clean, operate, maintain and will not pollute the drug effect. This is in line with the requirements of GMP.

Working principle

The tailor-made conveyor belt and the material-pressing system make the material move on step-basis. The cutting blade cuts direct on the conveyor belt.
